Kannada beauty Krithi Shetty will share the screen space with Sai Tej’s younger brother, Vaisshnav Tej, in his debut movie Uppena. Buchi Babu Sana is directing Uppena, the regular shooting of which commences from May 25th.
Krithi Shetty is a well known actress in Tamil and Kannada, besides being a Bharatanatyam artiste. She starred in the national award winning movie, Azhagarsamiyin Kudirai (2011.)
Mythri Movie Makers is joining hands with director Sukumar’s home banner, Sukumar Writings.
An additional attraction for Uppena is the inclusion of Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi, who plays a pivotal role in the movie.
