As Sahadeva Varma, Ravi Teja portrays a mysterious and strong man who runs a cotton mill in a secluded part of Talakona. His life abruptly changes when his mystery is discovered by an eager journalist (Anupama Parameswaran). She finds out about Sahadeva Varma’s prior assassination and his covert ties to the government.
Other organizations are pursuing Varma because they think the Indian National Security Agency has evidence that has been hidden for ten years. The tale then goes on to describe his Polish childhood and his conflicts with the groups that were after him.
Eagle Movie Review:
With Eagle, Ravi Teja makes a powerful comeback to the action genre. Ravi Teja, who plays Sahadev Varma, did a great job in the first half fleshing out his character and then portraying the mass portion in the second half with powerful action sequences. ‘Eagle’ has superb production qualities and music, with world-class action sequences in the second half.
As always, Ravi Teja dazzles the audience with his charisma and skill in the action genre, outperforming other actors in the process. Sahadev Varma’s part is subtly brought to light by using distinctive approaches to enhance his persona and create mystery around the hero’s arrival. The on-screen persona of Ravi Teja and his dialogue timing are noteworthy.
Anupama Parameswaran plays a significant role as an inquisitive journalist, and she does it admirably. The gifted actor Navadeep steals the show in a significant part and commands attention for his performance.
While Ajay Gosh, Avasarala Srinivas, and other actors do a good job of justifying their roles, Kavya Thapar excels in her small role.
To differentiate himself, director Karthik deploys a categorized, chapter-based storytelling style. A good first half centered on generating mystery behind Ravi Teja’s bravery. The second half is the best, with action sequences that are technically sound.
As the film draws to a close, there’s an emotional connection. The film tells the story of one-man army Sahadev Varma with well-established heroics, backed by commendable BGM by Davzand.
Along with Kamil Plocki and Karm Chawla, director Karthik Gattamneni handled the cinematography for Eagle. Uthura and Karthik Gattamaneni handled the editing. It is admirable that director Karthik, who also handled editing and cinematography, wrote the plot and directed the film, could manage so many responsibilities.
An enduring tale of heroism supported by an excellent soundtrack composed by Davzand, with masterful narration by Karthik Gattamaneni and outstanding performances. Anupama, Navdeep, Kavya Thapar, Ajay Gosh, and other performers have provided strong performances, but Ravi Teja steals the show.
The climactic action moments live up to producer People Media Factory’s TG Vishwa Prasad’s promise to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience.
To the amazement of the crowd, the directors also alluded to “Eagle’s” sequel, which would be titled “Eagle- Yuddha Kaanda”.
