Custody Movie Synopsis:

Naga Chaitanya and Krithi Shetty are pairing up again for their upcoming film, Custody. This is their second collaboration after their previous successful film, Bangarraju. Famous Tamil director Venkat Prabhu is the director of the film Custody. This film is a cop-action drama with an interesting plot line. The trailer gave a glimpse of the film’s action sequences, chases, and other elements too.

Along with the lead pair, the film also casts a few stars in important roles, including Arvind Swami, Priyamani, Sarathkumar, Sampath Raj, Vennela Kishore, and many more. This film is produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi under the prestigious banner Srinivasaa Silver Screen. The songs and music of the film are composed by the evergreen Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja. Stun Shiva and Mahesh Mathew choreographed the action sequences, while Venkat Raajen is the editor. This film is ready to be released in theatres tomorrow.

Custody Movie Story:

The film Custody is about a sincere police constable, Shiva, played by Naga Chaitanya. Arvind Swami is a wanted criminal who is taken into custody by the police and will be saved by Naga Chaitanya. The whole movie takes place over the span of four days.

Also, the film has a parallel story of love between the two lead characters. Krithi Shetty is the love interest of Naga Chaitanya, and her marriage gets fixed with Vennela Kishore. The rest of the film shows how she escapes the marriage and gets involved in the film’s main plot.

Custody Movie Cast:

Naga Chaitanya plays the lead role in this film as Constable Shiva. He has already done a few films as a cop, but this is the first time he is appearing on screen in a full-length cop role. He has a role in this film with some intense dialogue and action sequences. His previous film, Bangarraju, was a thriller with action too. He is sharing the screen with the same actress as in his previous film.

Krithi Shetty is a young and talented actress with so much potential in her performances so far. In one of her recent interviews, she stated that her role in Custody travels with the plot line and has importance. She is going to feature as Revathi, the love interest of Naga Chaitanya, and has some really good glimpse shots in the trailer.

Arvind Swami is the antagonist of the film and a most wanted criminal. He is a well known Tamil actor who has been a familiar face in the Tollywood film industry too. He made his debut as a lead actor in 1992 with Roja, and almost all his movies were released in Telugu too. He is exceptional as a performer and made his debut in Telugu with the blockbuster Dhruva.

There are some other stars in the film, including Priyamani as the Chief Minister and Sarathkumar as a police officer. Vennela Kishore is the suitor for Krithi Shetty in the Telugu version, and Premgi Amaren is playing the same role in the Tamil version.

Venkat Prabhu is a well-known Tamil film director, singer, and lyricist. Custody is his first film in Tollywood, making it his debut. He has stated that he has always wanted to work in Tollywood. He shot Custody simultaneously in both Telugu and Tamil. Custody is his 11th movie. The audiences have high hopes for this film in both the Tamil and Telugu industries.

Maestro Ilaiyaraaja and Little Maestro Yuvan Shankar Raja have composed the music and songs for Custody. So, the music in this film has a blend of the classic touch of Ilaiyaraaja and the contemporary touch of his son, Yuvan Shankar Raja.
