Ambajipeta Marriage Band starring actor Suhas, who has been making waves with his roles in movies like Colour Photo, HIT 2, and Writer Padmabhushan, is set to delight audiences once again.
Under the auspices of Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment, GA2 Pictures, and Venkatesh Maha’s (C/O Kancharapalem director) Mahayana Motion Pictures collaborate to produce Ambajipeta Marriage Band.
Directed by Dushyanth Katikineni, Ambajipeta Marriage Band features Shivani Nagaram as the principal female actor. Actor Suhas, who is prepping up for the D-day, spoke with the media on Friday before the release, sharing his experiences.
Speaking of the movie’s crux, Suhas explained, “The Ambajipeta Marriage Band mentions the word “caste,” yet caste is not the main focus of the film. The primary focus is on the ego barriers that separate two individuals. In the movie, Sharanya and I are twins. In most of the scenes, viewers will be able to picture themselves.”
When asked about his part in Ambajipeta Marriage Band, Suhas explained that he consented to shave his head since he thought the script was so authentic.
“We spent many days learning how to play band. I even had two head shaves. Because of the ambiance and lingo, we shot at Amalapuram and Ambajipet, which are places I am familiar with. I consented to shave my head as I thought the story was true”, Suhas explained.
Suhas stated, “We firmly think that after two years of diligent work, success will be the fruit of our labors.”
Regarding AMB’s female lead, Shivani Nagaram, Suhas stated, “She will gain a positive reputation following the release. She gave a really amazing performance. She sings and dances as well.”
Suhas continued, “The villain, played by Nithiin, will also get a lot of attention from this movie. He hails from Kerala. However, he picked up Telugu and spoke the Amalapuram dialect fluently.”
Ambajipeta Marriage Band had paid premieres, which generated quite a bit of favorable buzz. Suhas highlights that word-of-mouth from the premieres was a major factor in the success of his prior films.
Ambajipeta Marriage Band is all set to hit the screens on February 2.
