Brahmastra and Oke Oka Jeevitham are the two movies released in theatres this Friday. Both the films got blockbuster talk from the audience. Brahmastra was released in multiple languages across India, while Oke Oka Jeevitham was released only in Telugu and Tamil. Both the movies got a good number of screens overseas, and the response from the audience was also very good. So the films managed to get great numbers at the box office in the USA on their release day.
Brahmastra crossed the mark of collecting 1 million US dollars at the US box office on day 1. Film analysts expect that the film will be making record collections on the second and third days too, with this blockbuster response. The advance bookings for Saturday and Sunday are already in full swing for this epic fantasy adventure.
Oke Oka Jeevitham managed to collect 100 thousand dollars on day 1 at the USA box office. This is a very good opening for the film. With the positive response from the audience and good reviews from the critics, this heartwarming film will surely draw more attention in the next few days and the collections will increase much further.
Brahmastra is written and directed by Ayan Mukerji. Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are the lead actors in the film. Amitabh Bachchan, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Shah Rukh Khan and Mouni Roy played prominent roles. On the other hand, Oke Oka Jeevitham is written and directed by debutante Shree Karthick. Sharwanand is the lead actor. Amala Akkieni, Vennela Kishore and Priyadarshi played important roles in the film.
