Allu Arha To Make Her Acting Debut With Shaakuntalam Movie

Tollywood superstars have a dedicated and huge following.  Their kids are also loved and adored by their fans.  Allu Arjun’s little daughter Allu Arha has a fan base of her own, and often charms people with her cuteness.  This little lady is all set to make her acting debut as a child artist in the upcoming movie Shaakuntalam.

Shaakuntalam is a mythological epic love story written and directed by Gunasekhar.  The movie is an adaptation of the Sanskrit play Abhijnanashakuntalam written by great poet Kalidasa and depicts the story of Dushyanta and Shakuntala.  Allu Arha will be essaying the character of the little prince Bharata, the son of King Dushyanta and Shakuntala.  Allu Arha will be the fourth generation of Allu family to be working in the Telugu film industry.  Allu Arjun also expressed his delight and thanked Gunasekhar and Neelima Guna for choosing Arha for Shaakuntalam.  He also shared his happiness for Arha as she is making her debut with Samantha Akkineni’s film.  Check out the official announcement below:

Shaakuntalam stars Samantha Akkineni as Shakuntala and the Malayalam actor Dev Mohan as Dushyanta.  Mohan Babu will be seen in a crucial role.  The movie’s shooting resumed recently after a pause due to the second wave of Coronavirus pandemic.  Music is composed by Mani Sharma.  Shaakuntalam is produced by Neelima Guna and Dil Raju under the banner of Gunaa Teamworks and Dil Raju Productions respectively.
