Mahesh Babu has been tirelessly promoting his latest film, “Guntur Kaaram,” even days after its release, as he basks in its enormous success. Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela divulged trivia from “Guntur Kaaram” in addition to sharing their experiences during their conversation with Anchor Suma.
Mahesh Babu talked about his experience watching Guntur Kaaram’s opening day performance at the Sudharshan theater with his family, saying, “My dad and I watched Dookudu at Sudarshan 35. I told Namratha that I wanted to watch Guntur Kaaram with my family. At first she was anxiety-stricken, but we all enjoyed.”
“Sitara hugged me and said, thank you, Gautham was surprised too. For them to experience that vibe was very satisfying to me. Sitara was enjoying every minute, she complimented me and held my hand the entire time. I was ecstatic”, the superstar stated.
In a lighter vein, Sreeleela, who worked alongside Mahesh Babu, mentioned that she received higher marks in her viva when she disclosed their collaboration.
In “Guntur Kaaram,” Mahesh Babu revealed the ultimate truth about him smoking beedis, saying, “Those are not real beedis.” They are made from ayurvedic leaves or cloves.”
“My migraine was triggered and I had a terrible headache on the first day of the shoot with real Beedi. I then asked Trivikram to provide me with a substitute, and one of the set members came up with these clove leaf beedis. “I don’t smoke and I won’t ever support smoking,” declared Mahesh Babu.
‘Guntur Kaaram’ directed by Trivikram Srinivas was released on Jan 12, with S Thaman’s music composition, while bankrolled by S Radha Krishna and Suryadevara Naga Vamsi under the Haarika and Hassine Creations.
