Allu Arjun will be seen next in the upcoming Telugu film titled Pushpa and is one of the anticipated films of Tollywood. Pushpa is creating a fair bit of hype as Director Sukumar and Allu Arjun previously collaborated on the films like Arya and Arya 2, which became blockbusters at the box office. As Pushpa marks the third collaboration of the duo, the expectations of fans are high. After a title poster in April, the team of Pushpa unveiled an update today and it is worth the long wait.
On Thursday morning, the makers of the film took to Twitter and shared a new poster of Allu Arjun from Pushpa to announce the details about the release date. The Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa would be released all across the world in theatres on 13th August, 2021. The new poster shows Allu Arjun sporting a bearded look and a rugged avatar with a fierce look on his face while holding an axe in his hand.
Sharing the poster and the details of the release date on social media, the makers wrote in the tweet, “#PUSHPA loading in theatres from 13th August 2021. Excited to meet you all in cinemas this year.Hoping to create the same magic one more time with dearest @aryasukku & @ThisIsDSP (sic.)”

Pushpa is based on the red sanders smuggling mafia prevalent in the Chittoor district. Rashmika Mandanna is the leading lady of the film, which also features Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vennela Kishore in supporting roles. Bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the music is composed by Rockstar Devi Sri Prasad. The multilingual project will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The team of Pushpa are currently shooting in the forests of Maredumilli in Andhra Pradesh.
