“Music is life itself”, said Louis Armstrong. Music directors infuse soul into the movies with their thoughtful music compositions. After the pandemic, everyone was stuck in their homes between the walls. In such a situation, music became the perfect source for mental relaxation. Kudos to every music director who has been entertaining us with their soulful music for so long.
Coming to Telugu cinema, 2021 was a perfect year for many music directors to give a strong comeback with their music, after a long gap with the pandemic. The audience had experienced the perfect mass and devotional music from SS Thaman. We heard some smooth and soulful songs from Anup Rubens and Mickey J Meyer. Mani Sharma and Keeravani made a comeback with all their experience. Devi Sri Prasad gave some rock solid music. Gopi Sundar made his mark again. Young talent Pawan Ch gave a tough competition with his debut.
