Ginna Movie Story:
Ginna(Manchu Vishnu) belongs to a small village in the Chittoor district. He is a popular tent house owner in the village, but has a lot of debts. Ginna is in love with Swathi(Payal Rajput). Renuka(Sunny Leone), Ginna’s childhood friend who settled in the US, returns back to India. Renuka loves Ginna and wants to marry him. Instead of saying no to Renuka’s proposal, Ginna decides to cheat her in the name of love, just for the money, so as to clear his debts. How Ginna succeeds in his plans is the rest of the narrative of the film.
On-Screen Performances:
MANCHU VISHNU always does fun roles at his best. The characters he played all through his career support the statement. Manchu Vishnu proves it again with Ginna. His comic timing is very enjoyable and appreciable. Vishnu has also made significant efforts in other areas, such as dance and fights.
PAYAL RAJPUT as the village girl, is impressive with her presence and performance.
SUNNY LEONE plays the major role in the film, next to Vishnu. The film’s plot revolves around her, and she pulls off the responsibility and the role with ease. Sunny Leone’s Renuka in Ginna is the best role and performance of her career so far.
Off-Screen Highlights:
KONA VENKAT did a great job as the screenwriter of the film. He balanced both entertainment and thrills in the film very well. While the first half of the film is loaded with lots of fun, the second half unfolds all the thrills and other elements of the story. The climax twist of the film stands as the highlight of the writing.
SURYAAH, the director of the film, is very impressive with the placement of the twists in the screenplay and the presentation of comedy and action in equal proportions. His treatment of the main characters and the execution of the twists revealed between them is really appreciable.
ANUP RUBENS scored all the points with his background score. The compositions are very decent. The album also sounds good, particularly the title song.
All the song choreographers need special mention. Vishnu’s dance moves look very nice in the film, and the credit goes to the choreographers.
Stunts and visuals are the other technical aspects of the film that are noteworthy.
