Veteran actor Naresh has been entertaining audiences in a variety of roles for the past 50 years in the film business. In this context, Naresh discusses his insights from his remarkable journey, having starred in various blockbusters including “Rendu Jella Sita,” “Jamba Lakidi Pamba,” “Bava Bava Panneeru,” “Chitram! Bhalare Vichitram,” “Srivariki Premalekha,” etc.
During his latest conversation with The Telugu Filmnagar, Naresh covered a wide range of subjects. Naresh provided a thought-provoking response when questioned about his collaboration with Mahesh Babu, leading to much anticipation among Mahesh’s fans.
“Mahesh Babu is the superstar. Certain heroes are adored by young people, women, and families. However, Mahesh Babu is the only hero who has admirers from every segment of the public”, Naresh remarked. He added, “And, to be precise, he is the one who has attempted so many bold roles in the movies.”
Naresh stated, “I know that Mahesh has the caliber and is daring enough to attempt a bold subject.” Naresh aspires to work with Mahesh Babu in the near future. “I will most certainly persuade him to work with me on a bold subject if given the chance.”
Regarding his relationship with the late, renowned actor Krishna Ghattamaneni, Naresh remarked, “He has given me support unlike anything else.” He treated me like a baby even though he was my stepfather. I obviously felt the same way about him as he did.”
Naresh claimed that late veteran actress Vijaya Nirmala urged him to write her biography. Naresh remembers all the special times he had with his mother. “I even started writing her biography, but one day, out of the blue, she called me and asked me to stop writing her biography.”
“She informed me she didn’t want to contain a single falsehood or piece of misinformation, which made me question why. She responded, ‘You better quit writing my biography and tell me you will look after Krishna Garu,'” Naresh explained.
Along with discussing his relationships with his directors and fellow actors, Naresh also gave an explanation of why he had to take a break from the movies for a while before making an incredible comeback.
