The highly anticipated film “Lal Salaam” starring superstar Rajinikanth in an extended cameo, which was originally scheduled to be released for Pongal 2024, has been delayed. The latest release date was officially announced by Lal Salaam’s creators, who posted on social media.
On February 9, Rajinikanth’s eagerly anticipated movie “Lal Salaam,” starring Vishnu Vishal, is scheduled to open in theaters.

The film features Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in lead roles, while Rajinikanth and Kapil Dev, a former Indian cricketer and all-arounder, will make lengthy appearances.
Lal Salaam, which is billed as a sports drama centered on cricket, will also, as the producers have indicated, depict politics based on religion. Rajinikanth plays Moideen Bhai in the movie.
Story and screenplay penned by Vishnu Rangaswamy, the movie is directed by Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya Rajinikanth. The technical crew of Lal Salaam includes legendary musician AR Rahman, and is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under the banner Lyca Productions.
