Director Merlapaka Gandhi will be helming the Telugu remake of critically acclaimed Andhadhun and says it took a long time to zero in on the cast. Tamannaah Bhatia will reprise the role of Tabu in the Telugu remake while Nabha Natesh will reprise the Radhika Apte’s role as the leading lady. Nithiin is the lead actor in the Telugu remake. The movie is tentatively titled as #Nithiin30 and has kickstarted its shooting schedule.
Both Nithiin and Nabaha Natesh took to their social media handles to post pictures from the sets of the shoot location. The pictures were to let everyone know the shooting for #Nithiin30 has begun in earnest. Nabha Natesh is excited to have begun shooting for this movie and Nithiin looks similar to how Ayushman Khurrana, the lead in Andhadhun looked. Check out their posts below.

Earlier, speaking about the movie director Merlapaka Gandhi said, “Speaking about making tweaks in the film to suit the Telugu audience, Gandhi said, “We don’t want to tamper with the original too much. It’s a National Award-winning film and we want to treat it with the respect it deserves. However, we will be making a few changes to the screenplay so that it connects better with the Telugu audience. We plan to commence shoot in Hyderabad in November (sic.)”
The Andhadhun Telugu remake stars Nithiin in the lead role and Tamannaah will reprise the role of Tabu. The film is directed by Merlapaka Gandhi. Sudhakar Reddy and Nikitha Reddy will produce the film under Nithiin’s home banner Sreshth Movies. Tagore Madhu will present the film. Mahati Swara Sagar will render tunes, while Hari K. Vedanth cranks the camera for the film.
