Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam is the 59th film by actor Naresh. The makers released the first look poster of the film on 10th May. The looks of Naresh in the poster resemble another intense character and performance from the actor. Sharing the poster on their official Twitter handle, the makers wrote, “One life for his people”.

Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam is written and directed by AR Mohan. Razesh Danda produced the film under the banner of Hasya Movies. Zee Studios is presenting the film. Anandhi is the lead actress. Sri Charan Pakala is composing the music for the film.
