One of the most popular multi starrers to date is ‘Seetharama Raju’, starring Nandamuri Harikrishna and Akkineni Nagarjuna in the main roles. Fans of the film commemorate the silver jubilee of this film since it has been out for 25 years.
The primary reason for this movie’s popularity is Harikrishna and Nagarjuna, who play brothers Sitaiah and Ramaraju, respectively. Under the auspices of Great India Entertainments and Kamakshi Movies, Nagarjuna and D. Sivaprasad Reddy collaborated to produce the YVS Chaudhary-directed picture.
With MM Keeravani‘s music, the movie Seetharama Raju stars Sakshi Shivanand and Sanghvi as the female lead opposite Nagarjuna. Other prominent actors Ravi Teja, Brahmaji, Jhansi, Manya, Kalpana, Chandra Mohan, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Nirmalamma, Satya Prakash, and Brahmanandam appear in prominent roles.

* For the first time, Nagarjuna sung a song in this commercially successful movie. This song, “Vinudu Vinadu,” was quite entertaining to Akkineni’s listeners at the time.
* All the songs for this movie were written by ‘Padma Shri’ Sirivennela Sitarama Shastri.
* Originally, the film was going to be titled “Thammudu,” but for some reason, the producers became fixated with “Seetharama Raju.” Subsequently, that year, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s film, titled “Thammudu,” was released and went on to become an enormous hit.
* In the centers of Vizag, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Guntur, and Tenali, the movie directly commemorated its 100 days.
* Following the release of this film, Hari Krishna and Nagarjuna had an amazing bond and a beautiful fraternity. Sometimes, Nagarjuna misses Hari Krishna and remembers the good old days spent with him.
