Naga Shaurya is one of the promising young rising talents of Telugu film industry. He already scored a hit a few weeks back with the romantic comedy Varudu Kaavalenu which is still running in the theatres. Naga Shaurya is now ready to break the shackles of his boy next door image and entertain the audience with his upcoming sports flick Lakshya.
Naga Shaurya underwent a massive transformation for his role as the archer in Lakshya. He kept sharing constant updates about his physical transformation as snippets on his social media. He did a tough balancing act as he was shooting for Varudu Kaavalenu and Lakshya respectively. He wrapped up Lakshya after the second lockdown was lifted. Since Varudu Kaavalenu has been released in theatres and had almost completed a month, the line is now clear for Lakshya. Without any further delays, the makers have finally announced the release date. Lakshya is all set for a worldwide theatrical release on the 10th of December. Check out the announcement below :

Lakshya is directed by Dheerendra Santhossh Jagarlapudi and stars Naga Shaurya and Ketika Sharma in the lead roles. The film is bankrolled by Narayan Das Narang, Puskur Ram Mohan Rao and Sharrath Marar under Sri Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Private Limited. Music is composed by Kaalabhairava. On the other hand, Naga Shaurya is currently shooting for Phalana Abbai Phalana Ammai directed by Avasrala Srinivas which marks their second collaboration after Oohalu Gusagusalade (2014.)
