Mahesh Babu’s Sarkaru Vaari Paata Is The Fusion Of Parasuram’s Geetha Govindam and Puri Jagannadh’s Pokiri

Sarkaru Vaari Paata is going to be released on 12th May 2022.  The Telugu audiences are eagerly waiting for this Superstar Mahesh Babu starrer.  It is said on several occasions by the film unit that the Telugu audience did not witness a mass entertainer yet for this summer and Sarkaru Vaari Paata is going to fill their hunger for a mass commercial entertainer.  The expectations on the film and the hopes on the director Parasuram are very high from the Superstar fans.  Recently, the art director AS Prakash shared a few interesting things about Mahesh Babu and the film.  Now, the senior-most editor Marthand K Venkatesh talks about the film with the media.

Speaking about the film, Marthand K Venkatesh said, “Sarkaru Vaari Paata belongs to the zone of mass and action.  The film will be a perfect commercial entertainer.  It is the blend of Parasuram’s Geetha Govindam and Puri Jagannadh’s Pokiri.  The first half of the film will be entertaining and the second half will have family emotions”.

Marthand K Venkatesh opens about comparing Sarkaru Vaari Paata with Pokiri.  He said that Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be much bigger than Pokiri in terms of the hero’s characterization.  The mass elements will be much higher in the film.  “I was the editor of Pokiri too.  Recently, I edited Sarkaru Vaari Paata.  I watched all the rushes and felt that Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be multiple times better than Pokiri,” said Marthand K Venkatesh.

The editor also spoke about his relationship with the director Parasuram.  “Sarkaru Vaari Paata has a very strong script.  Parasuram designed the hero’s character in an impeccable way.  The dialogues are also very powerful.  Parasuram narrated the script to me during the shoot of Geetha Govindam.  I was very much impressed with the script then.  Parasuram was very clear right from the beginning that he wanted to make the film with Mahesh Babu only,” said Marthand K Venkatesh.

Sarkaru Vaari Paata is written and directed by Parasuram Petla.  The film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers, 14 Reels Plus, and GMB Entertainment.  Keerthy Suresh is the lead actress.  Thaman S composed the music for the film.  Madhie is the cinematographer and Marthand K Venkatesh is the editor.  The film is going to be released on 12th May.
