He started Sri Venkateswara Film Distributors in 1999, which had distribution rights for many successful films.
Dil Raju started his production career with the film Dil in 2003. He established a production banner named Sri Venkateswara Creations on April 5, 2003. Today marks the 20th anniversary of establishing the production house. Audiences hope they produce several other films that are successful at the box office.

Dil Raju Productions recently produced Balagam, which was a huge success at the box office and with audiences too. This has won so many awards globally. Also, they are now busy with the Shaakuntalam promotions, directed by Gunasekhar, which are going to hit theatres on April 14, 2023. The film is distributed by Sri Venkateswara Creation and produced by Neelima Guna under Gunaa Teamworks. They are releasing Shaakuntalam (starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu) in both 2D and 3D all over the world in multiple languages. This is going to be a lady oriented film, which comes with huge expectations. Along with Shaakuntalam, Dil Raju is also producing the upcoming Ram Charan film, Game Changer, directed by Shankar.
