Tollywood Producer Secures Theatrical Rights For Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal

Animal is the film Bollywood can’t stop talking about and no wonder why.  Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga and featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles, this movie has captured the imagination of cinema lovers.  Adding to the excitement, producer and distributor Dil Raju has made a significant move by acquiring the theatrical rights for the film in Telugu, investing a substantial Rs 15 crore.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s stellar reputation in the Telugu states and the robust market for Hindi films in Hyderabad make this deal a smart one.  If Animal receives a positive response, it could easily rake in way more than what is invested in the Telugu states alone. 

Apart from Kapoor and Mandanna, the film features Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in prominent roles.  Bobby Deol’s character poster has recently been released with the tag “ANIMAL KA ENEMY.”  The anticipation for Animal is high, as the teaser is set to release on September 28th and is the next big event for eager fans.

The genius filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga is the writer and director of Animal and this is his third film after Arjun Reddy (2017) and Kabir Singh (2019).  Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Murad Khetani, Ashwin Varde, Pranay Reddy Vanga, and Sandeep Reddy Vanga are producing the film under the T-Series Films, Bhadrakali Pictures and Cine1 Studios banners.  Animal will set the screens on fire with its theatrical release on December 1st, 2023.
