Boyapati Sreenu and Nandamuri Balakrishna are the most successful director and actor duo in Tollywood. It was proven already with their films Simha and Legend. Now the duo proves their stamina once again at the box office with the film Akhanda. Akhanda has collected more than 125 crores at the Box office till date.
Akhanda was directed by Boyapati Sreenu and produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwaraka Creations. The film was released on 2nd December, 2022 and is still running successfully in theatres. The film is about to complete 50 days soon. The film unit celebrated the success of the film on 11th January, 2022 with an event named Sankranti Sambaralu.
Interacting with the media in the event, the director Boyapati Sreenu confirmed there would be a sequel to the film Akhanda. He is so confident of the story and the climax promises a sequel with the depth of the characters he had written. With these words from Boyapati, Balayya fans are so happy and excited to know the further details. They also hope BB4 to be Akhanda 2 and wish that to happen soon.
Boyapati Sreenu thanked Balakrishna personally for keeping the faith in him and the film. He also conveyed his thanks to the audience for receiving the film so greatly and making it a huge blockbuster.
