RRR:
RRR is currently the most discussed Indian film across the globe, as it is known to us all. This Indian epic film is an unbelievable vision of the best modern Indian filmmaker, SS Rajamouli. RRR created many records at the Indian box office at the time of its release. Later, the film’s triumph was spread to many international countries through Netflix, and all of them fell in love with RRR. Today, RRR is doing wonders in Japan too. RRR has been selected and screened at many international film festivals to date. Rajamouli’s epic vision gets selected for another international film festival, that is the 53rd international film festival in Goa held this year.
Akhanda:
Akhanda, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in a dual role, is one of the biggest blockbusters of 2021 from Tollywood. The film was the first that actually pulled the audience in huge numbers back to the theatres after COVID. The tradition of celebrating films at theatres was restarted by Balayya’s film. Boyapati Srinu is the writer and director of the film. Akhanda is just not a regular commercial mass entertainer. Instead, the film conveys a message to the audience about God’s devotion, temple protection, Indian dharma, and Indian culture. Along with RRR, Akhanda too joins the list of films to be screened at the film festival.
International Film Festival, Goa:
The 53rd International Film Festival, Goa, will be conducted between November 20th and November 28th. Indian Panorama made this announcement officially today. This year’s edition of Asia’s largest film festival will feature 25 feature films and 20 non-feature films. The list also includes national blockbusters like The Kashmir Films, Cinema Bandi and many others.
