In the latest, Alia Bhatt, the rising talent of Bollywood, tested positive for Coronavirus yesterday. Alia revealed the news on her Instagram story in a video, she said “Hello, everyone. I have tested positive for Covid 19 and I have self isolated myself and currently under home quarantine following the safety protocols. Thank you for all your love, I’m safe. Please be safe and take care of yourself (sic.)”

On the professional front, Alia Bhatt is onboarded for one of the highly anticipated films of the year Roudram Ranam Rudhiram (RRR,) by the ace director S.S Rajamouli. She will be seen opposite Mega Power Star Ram Charan in the role of Sita. The recent first look of Alia Bhatt as Sita received huge plaudits from the audience. RRR is slated to hit big screens on October 13th, 2021.
