Wait is over: Kannappa Teaser date locked

Since today is Maha Shiva Ratri, Manchu Vishnu has announced the release date of Kannappa’s Teaser. The much-awaited Teaser will drop on March 1st.

“Mark your calendars! #Kannappa Teaser is dropping on March 1st! The journey of devotion and valor unfolds further,” 24 Frames Factory mentioned on social media. The poster features a silhouette image of Lord Shiva.

A few days ago, Shiva Shiva Shankara, the devotional song, was released. “Ramajogayya Sastry’s lyrics are laced with this intimacy with the divine. Singer Vijay Prakash’s voice brings out the unalloyed emotion so well. Stephen Devassy has composed the song in which Vishnu and Preity Mukundan are seen,” we stated in our review of the immersive song.

Prabhas plays Rudra in the movie. Kajal Aggarwal’s Parvathi look and Akshay Kumar’s Lord Shiva look have also been unveiled already.

Kannappa is one of the most ambitious movies in the making. Mollywood legend Mohanlal, Kollywood actor Sarath Kumar, and Arpit Ranka will also be seen. Kannappa also features Brahmanandam, Raghu Babu, Madhubala, and others.

The film will hit the screens on April 25th, 2025.
