The second Teaser of Kannappa introduces us to the backstory of the great Shiva devotee in more detail. Before he realized he was destined to make his life all about Shiva, Kannappa as Thinna lived in the life of a warrior. Since he was born into a hunter family, his life involved physical aspects of life.
The latest teaser has characters predicting the onset of a battle between two tribes. Manchu Vishnu’s titular character vows to send his tribe’s enemies packing. At one point, he belittles God, making Parvathi Devi (Kajal Aggarwal) wonder how such an incorrigible atheist can be a great devotee (Akshay Kumar as Shiva).

The biggest point of the teaser is reserved for the last few seconds wherein Prabhas (as Rudra) makes a slow-mo entry. His face is revealed in such a way that we know Rudra is a momentous character in the life of Kannappa. Vishnu himself has penned the story and screenplay.
Also seen in the teaser are Mohan Babu (also the film’s producer), Mohanlal, Mukesh Rishi, and Sarath Kumar. The Summer release also features Arpit Ranka, Brahmanandam, Saptagiri, Madhubala, Aishwarya Bhaskaran, Brahmaji, Devaraj, Raghu Babu, Siva Balaji, Sampath Ram, Lavi Pajni, Surekha Vani, Preity Mukundhan, Kaushal And Adhurs Raghu.
Twenty Four Frames Factory and AVA Entertainment plan to release this Mukhesh Kumar Singh-directed movie on April 25th.
