Following up on their blockbuster success “iSmart Shankar,” Ram Pothineni and extraordinary filmmaker Puri Jagannath have teamed up for another installment with “Double iSmart.” The release date of the film has finally been revealed by the makers in an exciting announcement.
Originally scheduled to be released on March 8, DoubleiSmart’s creators have rescheduled the release date for June 14 without providing an explanation.
Known for his popular roles in Bollywood films, Sanjay Dutt will play a significant part in this action drama, which is billed as ‘iSmart Shankar’s sequel. Kavya Thapar is being considered to play the female lead opposite Ram Pothineni.
Puri Jagannath and Charmee Kaur jointly produce this movie under Puri Connects banner, while Melody Brahma- Mani Sharma is roped in for music composition.
Since “iSmart Shankar” is one of Ram Pothineni’s biggest movies, there is a lot of excitement about his upcoming second collaboration with Puri Jagannath. Whereas “iSmart Shankar” told the tale of a deceased police officer having his memories transferred into another person’s brain, helping the authorities, “Double iSmart” is anticipated to wrap up the lengthy storyline for the same.
