The main character in the film Bedurulanka 2012 is Shiva who has moved to a village from the city where he worked as a graphic designer. He falls in love with Chitra. The villagers in Bedurulanka 2012 believe that the world is going to end as most of the TV channels report. This situation is used by a fake baba and pastor who play with their emotions and claim to stop the apocalypse. On this journey of them fooling around creates so much drama and fun. The rest of the movie focuses on what happens in Bedurulanka.

Kartikeya is one such actor who can fit into any kind of role and characterisation, be it a heartbroken Shiva in RX100, negative roles in Valimai and Nani’s Gang Leader, and many more. He is seen as a young man who does what he believes. He has already appeared in some rom-com films and this surely will be another film which will be successful for him. His boy next door character is very impressive with high energy.

Neha Sshetty is the female lead in this film and have already done a couple of films before Bedurulanka 2012. However, through this movie she surprised the audience as a naive girl in the village. Her chemistry with Kartikeya is very good on screen.

Other supporting cast including Ajay Ghosh, Srikanth Iyengar, Auto Ram Prasad, and others have generated a lot of fun in the trailer and are looking forward to their comic track.
