Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam worked together on Nayakudu in 1987, which was a major hit. They are collaborating on KH234 after 35 years. Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam, R Mahendran, and Siva Ananth are producing this untitled film together under Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies. The film will have music by AR Rahman.
