KGF Chapter 2 Telugu Movie Review:
Story:
After killing Garuda in KGF: Chapter 1, Rocky (Yash) takes control over KGF completely. But, he faces a challenge to face Adheera (Sanjay Dutt) who has returned to rule KGF after his brother’s death. As, Rocky gets an upper hand over Adheera, he faces bigger challenge from the political side, the prime minister of India, Ramika Sen (Raveena Tandon). How Rocky wins over the two big forces of Adheera and Ramika Sen is the rest of the story.
On-Screen Performances:
Yash delivers another iconic performance in KGF: Chapter 2, carrying the same attitude and swag from Chapter 1. He looks ultra stylish in the long hair and beard, along with the class suits. While the first part of the film threw an emotional challenge in terms of acting, the second part is all about immense heroism and elevations with extreme intensity and Yash delivers the best from his side to keep the character Rocky look at high standards.
Srinidhi Shetty gets a better role than Chapter 1. The weightage of her role is increased, particularly in one of the major twists of the film towards the climax. She delivers another decent performance and lives up to the mark of proving her debut again.
Prakash Raj replaces Ananth Nag from Chapter 1 in delivering the narrative. He plays the role of son of Anand Vasiraju. Prakash Raj perfectly fits and justifies his role.
Sanjay Dutt as Adheera looks so fierce. His screen presence with those looks inspired from Vikings is an absolute delight. Sanjay plays the perfect antagonist and his performance is so intense, particularly in the face-off with Rocky.
Raveena Tandon plays the role of Ramika Sen so aggressively. She looks very powerful just with her screen presence. It looks like Prashanth Neel has made a perfect choice in picking Raveena Tandon for Ramika Sen.
Rao Ramesh and Eshwari Rao are fine with their roles and performances.
Off-Screen Highlights:
Prashanth Neel does every single attempt in terms of story and direction to uplift the heroism much further and higher in Chapter 2. The curve of the characterization of Rocky is simply a rising one and Prashanth perfectly projected Rocky as a legend in the film. The elevation scenes of uplifting heroism of the lead character is the absolute strength of the director as we have seen in Chapter 1, and the director multiplies his strength in Chapter 2. Also, Prashanth totally succeeds in balancing the emotional side of the story with the elevations of the hero. Chapter 2 is much loaded with bigger obstacles and conflicts for iconic Rocky from ruthless Adheera and powerful Ramika Sen.
Ravi Basrur is the soul of the film. He is present right over there with his extraordinary background score throughout the film. This time, the music is much louder, much stronger, very impactful and it is terrific.
Bhuvan Gowda needs to be credited a lot for the film for all his stunning visuals. He captured every bit of the film exceptionally great. He is the sole reason for taking the audience totally into the world of KGF. One literally feels his/her presence in KGF with the kind of ambience created by Bhuvan’s visuals.

KGF: Chapter 2 is completely an action packed film, but this time with much loaded style, swag, attitude and elevations for Yash. Also, Prashanth Neel has set bigger obstacles and conflicts for Rocky this time to show his transformation as an absolute legend. With Prashanth’s strength in uplifting the heroism and the music composer Ravi Basrur, and cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda, playing their parts much stronger, KGF: Chapter 2 is technically brilliant too.
