The Telugu audiences have always embraced new genres and experimental films. Director Sekhar Reddy of the Kartikeya Gummakonda starrer 90 ML fame is coming up with a new age comedy entertainer titled House Arrest. The movie, as the title suggests, revolves around a group of thieves locked inside a house with a bunch of kids.
The cast and crew were rigorously shooting for the movie before the second wave of Coronavirus hit and halted everything. With the lockdown 2.0 being lifted and the theatres reopening, audiences are ready for new movies. Without any more delays, the makers of House Arrest have finally decided to release the movie soon. The movie is set to hit the big screens on August 27th. With only a few days left until the release, the makers have fast tracked the promotions and the trailer was launched today. House Arrest stars popular comedians Srinivas Reddy, Sapthagiri, Raghu Karumanchi and Thagubothu Ramesh essaying the role of robbers while Ravi Babu plays the role of the cop. Sekhar Reddy Yerra is helming the movie and K Niranjan Reddy is producing this movie under his banner Prime Show Entertainments. Anup Rubens is composing the music. House Arrest is scheduled to release in theatres on the 27th of August.
