Samantha is undoubtedly the most popular South Indian actress at the moment. Since her career began to the current times, she slowly unleashed her potential as an actress, and put forth commendable performances with her roles in various movies. One such performance was as Baby, in the movie Oh! Baby (2019.)
Oh! Baby is a fantasy comedy drama directed by Nandini Reddy. This movie touched the hearts of the audiences and especially Samantha’s acting was well received. As the movie completes 2 years of release, Samantha took to Instagram to share some pictures from the movie and penned down a beautiful note sharing her experience working for the movie. Samantha wrote “Two years of #Ohbaby ♥️ A movie that I will cherish with all my heart . On the workfront, Samantha is currently filming for the movie Shaakuntalam directed by Gunasekhar. Shaakuntalam is a film adaptation of the play Abhijnanashakuntalam written by the great poet Kalidasa and Samantha will be seen as Shakuntala. Malayalam actor Dev Mohan will be seen as Dushyant. This epic love story is produced by Neelima Guna and Dil Raju under the banners of Gunaa Teamworks and Dil Raju Productions respectively.
