The second wave of the Coronavirus is going strong and disrupting everything around the country. Shortages of essential medicines, vaccines and oxygen cylinders became the scary reality. Many movies were pushed forward due to the second wave of Coronavirus, though the theatres are not shut down yet. The Venkatesh starrer Narappa which was originally scheduled for release on 14th May has been postponed in the light of the grim reality. The makers of Narappa and Venkatesh, both took to social media to announce the postponement. Check out the tweet below:

Narappa is an action entertainer which shows Venkatesh in a never seen before avatar. Narappa is directed by Srikanth Addala. Priyamani is the female lead. The film stars Prakash Raj, Karthik Rathnam, Murali Sharma and Sampath Raj in supporting roles. Music is composed by Mani Sharma. Narappa is bankrolled by Kalaippuli S. Thanu and Daggubati Suresh Babu, under the banner of Suresh Productions.
