Megastar Chiranjeevi is currently working on his next project with Siva Koratala titled, Acharya. The film is one of the most anticipated for movie buffs as the title and motion poster became an instant hit. Today, just after releasing the teaser of Acharya, the makers also announced the details about the release date.
The makers of the film took to Twitter and also shared a new poster to announce the release date. Acharya would be released in theatres on May 13, 2021. In the new poster, Chiranjeevi looks handsome sitting on a rock with priests like men standing in the background.

Acharya will feature Chiranjeevi as a communist revolutionary, who paints the town red with the blood of bad people in his quest for justice. Kajal Aggarwal is the leading lady and Sonu Sood is the antagonist of the film. Ram Charan in a full length role of Siddha and Regina Cassandra will appear for a special song. The film has music composed by Mani Sharma and cinematography by Tirru. Acharya is produced by Ram Charan and Anvesh Reddy under Konidela Productions and Matinee Entertainments banners, respectively. Acharya, which was postponed due to COVID-19, is all set to hit the theatres in Summer, 2021.
