Sonu Sood is known in Tollywood to play the antagonist roles in films like Athadu, Arundhati, Julayi, Sita and others, has lately built a reputation of being a superhero Sonu Sood, who plays villain characters in the films, has now become a true hero to many migrant labourers and poor people. As many poor people suffered in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak and subsequent lockdown, Sonu Sood came to the rescue and extended his help to nearly 20,000 migrant workers by sending them to their villages. Even after the lockdown has eased, the actor continues to help whenever someone pleads him for help.
Sonu Sood, who has resumed the shooting after the lockdown, has recently reached Hyderabad as part of the Acharya film shooting. Sonu Sood will play a pivotal role in Acharya. Fans, aware of his shooting sets, flocked to meet Sonu Sood on a large scale. As a large number of his fans approached the caravan, he came out and greeted them all. The affection shown by them made Sonu Sood very happy. The actor took to his social media and reposted the video by a fan and wrote, “Hyderabad Love (sic.)”

Sonu Sood is all set to publish his autobiography, which is about recounting his experience of helping migrant workers during the Covid lockdown. The book is titled I Am No Messiah and will release in December in Hindi and English.

Apart from Acharya, Sonu Sood will also be seen playing a key role in Bellamkonda Sreenivas starrer Alludu Adhurs. The actor recently wrapped up the shoot for his portions in the film.
