Veteran filmmaker, Mani Ratnam turns 64 today, many celebrities from the industry and fans are pouring birthday wishes to this dynamic filmmaker on social media. The special birthday message to add will definitely be from Aditi Rao Hydari, the actress is exceptionally close to the director as they worked together for two films, Cheliya (Kaatru Veliyidai) and in Nawab (Chekka Chivantha Vaanam).
Aditi Rao Hydari took to social media to share a special wish for filmmaker Mani Ratnam and also shared a beautiful monochrome picture of herself looking up to him while he was seen explaining something to her. On the work front, The duo is all set to collaborate yet again in Mani Ratnam’s much-anticipated film, Ponniyin Selvan. Meanwhile, Mani Ratnam is considered as one of the reputed directors from the film industry and is currently working on historical drama film Ponniyin Selvan starring many prominent actors like Vikram, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai, Karthi, Sobhita Dhulipala and more. Music is composed by A.R Rahman for this film and it is slated to release next year in the month of April.
