Veteran actor Rajinikanth is currently having a packed schedule. He is now gearing up for his next project, post the tremendous success of Petta. The first look of this project was announced a couple of days before and the response it received was astonishing. This upcoming project is titled Darbar.
A.R. Murugadoss, the talented director who worked on many movies such as Spyder, Sarkar and Thuppakki, is now working on Darbar. The shoot of this movie is currently going on in Mumbai. The first look poster revealed, Rajinikanth will play the role of a cop in Darbar.
However, sources state, Rajinikanth is also playing the role of an activist and social worker in the movie. According to the latest update, Rajinikanth will play a dual role in this upcoming project. He will play the role of a father and his son in Darbar.
Nayanthara will play the female lead role in this project. Anirudh Ravichander, who composed the tracks for Rajinikanth’s last movie, Petta is working on the tunes of Darbar as well.
