Rajinikanth, fondly known as Thalaivar, is one of the biggest stars of South Indian cinema. Right from his old movies Arunachalam and Mutthu, to his very recent project, Petta, his fan following and craze keeps on building and never diminishes.
According to the latest buzz, Rajinikanth is all set to work on his next big project. A.R. Murugadoss, the director who made some of the biggest hits in Telugu and Tamil such as Spyder, Sarkar and many others is going to work on this project. Like every movie of A.R. Murugadoss, this project is also going to bear a social message which will be delivered in a unique fashion. Murugadoss, who faced some serious allegations with his movie Sarkar, clarified that this yet to be titled project does not have a political angle to it.
Rajinikanth is going to play a dual role in this upcoming project. He is going to play the role of a cop and a social activist in this yet to be titled project. Nayanthara, the female superstar of South Indian cinema is going to play one of the leads in this yet to be titled movie while the other female lead has not been revealed.
Lyca Productions is bankrolling this Rajinikanth starrer which is all set for a grand release toward the end of 2019.
