Vikram is the popular star from Kollywood who is fondly called Chiyaan by his fans. Although he is from the Tamil film industry, he has a huge following in the Telugu states also because of his telugu dubbed movies. His next movie tentatively titled Chiyaan60 is extremely special considering it is a milestone in his career being his 60th movie and also he will be sharing the screen space with his son Dhruv.
Chiyaan60 was announced in June 2020 and has since been one of the most anticipated movies because of the names associated with it. This Karthik Subbaraj directorial went on floors soon and was halted due to the unforeseen second wave of Coronavirus. Mahaan is directed by Karthik Subbaraj who is basking in the success of the recent Dhanush starrer Jagame Thandiram. Chiyaan Vikram will be sharing the screen space with his son and the heartthrob Dhruv. Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music for this movie. This movie is being produced by Lalit Kumar under the 7 Screen Studios banner. Vikram is also working on Cobra directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. Popular cricketer Irfan Pathan is playing the antagonist role and the music is composed by AR Rahman.
