Vijay Deverakonda will make his Bollywood debut with VD10, a movie produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and Puri Connects, a production house owned by Puri Jagannath and Charmme Kaur. Ananya Panday was cast as the female lead and was earlier seen in Student Of The Year 2 and Pati Patni Aur Woh. VD10 is a movie based on mixed martial arts, for which Vijay Deverakonda underwent intensive training. Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishnu Reddy, Getup Srinu and Ali will also appear in supporting roles in VD10.
The shooting of VD10 is steadily progressing and reached an important milestone. VD10 completed its 40th day of shooting on sunday which was also the International Women’s Day. Charmme Kaur, one of the producers took to Twitter to share a heartfelt message. Production house Puri Connects also shared a message on Twitter with a message that crucial shooting sequences with the lead cast were finished.
