Varun Tej, who has been promoting his upcoming historical thriller Operation Valentine, has given several interviews, through which he has given impactful insights on the movie and its technicalities, and has also discussed some interesting personal matters and family-related topics.
During his exclusive interview with the Telugu Filmnagar, Varun Tej shared some details on adorable moments with his uncle Chiranjeevi. He explained that Chiranjeevi was the first person to ask if he wanted to act in the movies.
“I’ve always wanted to act in movies, but I was too modest to tell anyone I wanted to do it. We went out together once during Magadheera, and Chiranjeevi Garu took a few pictures of me. When he saw them, he asked me right away whether I would like to be an actor in the films,” Varun Tej narrated.
“Me, who had kept my acting desire to myself, was so shocked and happy that Chiranjeevi Garu, himself asked if I wanted to start an acting career”, Varun went on to say.
Varun Tej further explained that at that very moment, he had decided to become an actor. Based on his interviews thus far, Varun Tej appears to be highly optimistic about the outcome of Operation Valentine.
The pre-release ceremony for the film, which had Megastar Chiranjeevi, his brother, and Varun’s father Naga Babu as the main guests, was organized by the makers of Operation Valentine. Chiranjeevi praised Varun Tej’s commitment to his roles in films. Chiranjeevi said about Varun Tej, “I am happy that he doesn’t follow anybody and chooses different scripts.”
Varun Tej, Manushi Chhillar, Navdeep, Ruhani Sharma, and others play lead roles in Operation Valentine, helmed by Shakti Pratap Singh which is slated for its grand release on March 1.
