SS Rajamouli And Varun Tej Grace Check Pre Release Event As Chief Guests

Nithiin will be seen next in the upcoming Telugu thriller film titled Check, directed by National Award winning Director Chandrasekhar Yeleti.  Check stars Rakul Preet Singh and Priya Prakash Varrier as the leading ladies.  Nithiin will be seen in the character of Aditya, a chess champion, who is incarcerated in a prison for a wrongful murder and awaiting capital punishment.  As the film is gearing up for the big release next week, the team has begun the promotions. On Sunday, February 21, the pre release of Check took place at N Convention, Hyderabad.

The pre release event was attended by Nithiin, Priya Prakash Varrier, Chandrasekhar Yeleti, Gopichand Malineni and Venky Kudumula.  Star Tollywood Director Rajamouli and Mega Prince Varun Tej graced the event as the chief guests. 

Speaking at the event, Nithiin said that he is very confident Check will definitely be a commercial blockbuster at the box office.  Nithiin also promised the audience they will witness realistic and unique acting with Check.

During the event, Rajamouli said, “Nithiin was initially branded for acting in only a particular kind of movies.  But over the years, he has put in a lot of hard work and proved himself as an actor who can do any kind of movies.  Check will be another step forward for Nithiin.  Audiences got exposed to different kinds of content during the lockdown and hoped that movies with different content like Check will be successful on par with commercial potboilers in the coming days (sic.)

Check features Rakul Preet Singh as an advocate and Priya Prakash Varrier as Nithiin’s love interest.  The film is produced by V. Anand Prasad under Bhavya Creations banner.  Besides the lead actors, the cast includes Simran Choudary,  Posani Krishna Murali, Sai Chand, Murali Sharma, Harsha Vardhan, Sampath Raj,  Rohit Pathak, Virendra Chauhan, Chaitanya Krishna, Gururaj Manepalli, Raina Rao and Karthik Ratnam, among others.  Check is scheduled to hit the theatres on February 26, 2021.
