Sita Ramam is the second direct Telugu movie from Dulquer Salmaan. The makers of Mahanati, Dulquer Salmaan’s first Telugu movie, made Sita Ramam too. The film is a period romantic drama, which is set against the backdrop of war in the year 1965. The film is going to be released on August 5th. Dulquer Salmaan dubbed on his own for his character, Lieutenant Ram, in the film. During the film’s promotion, he even speaks Telugu a few times. Now Dulquer Salmaan does something very special and surprising to promote the film much further. He sings a beautiful melody from the film in Telugu and leaves everyone in awe.
Dulquer Salmaan is vigorously promoting the film with back-to-back interviews and continuous promotional tours in different cities. After meeting his fans at a promotional event in Vizag, the actor now meets his fans in Hyderabad. Dulquer Salmaan visited a restaurant named Chemistry, in the city of Hyderabad. The lead actress, Mrunal Thakur, also joined him. They both spent quality time in the restaurant with the public. Dulquer made the fans’ meet much more special by singing the song Inthandham from Sita Ramam. While Dulquer Salmaan is giving his vocals, his Sita, Mrunal Thakur, is enjoying the performance, adding a few dance moves. Dulquer’s lovely performance astounded and delighted the audience.

Sita Ramam is very special to Dulquer Salmaan, as stated by the actor himself on several occasions. Dulquer actually thought of putting an end to making love stories, but he changed his decision later after listening to the script of Sita Ramam. Dulquer Salmaan strongly believes that Sita Ramam is going to remain as one of the classic love stories in Indian cinema and so he is putting all his efforts into promoting the film as much as possible. Hanu Raghavapudi directed the film. Sita Ramam will be released in theatres this Friday, August 5th in the languages of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.
