Shaakuntalam Movie Synopsis:
Shaakuntalam is an epic, historical romantic drama based on the great Indian play Abhijnanashakuntalam, written by Kalidasa. Shaakuntalam tells us the love story of Shakuntala (Samantha) and Dushyanta (Dev Mohan). The film is a must-watch for today’s generation, as said by the makers. On the other hand, the youth are also equally excited for the film’s release to experience the great love story as a visual wonder. The film’s makers have already released the trailer, which gave the audience a sample of such an experience. The makers also released three songs from the film, which are classic melodies by Mani Sharma. The makers have now released the fourth single. The fourth song of Shaakuntalam is titled Madhura Gathamaa.
Madhura Gathamaa Song:
Madhura Gathamaa clearly hints at the romance between Shakuntala and Dusyanta. The song has a complete romantic vibe. Armaan Malik and Shreya Ghoshal‘s vocals are very impressive. Shreemani‘s lyrics define romance with their words. The lines “Naalo Nee Aashey O Sheethalam, Mounamgaa Koosey Shaakuntalam” are the highlight of the song and expose the soul of the song. The chemistry between Samantha and Dev Mohan could not be noticed much, as this is just a lyrical song. But it is expected that the lead pair would create some magic with their on-screen romance.

Shaakuntalam was actually planned to be released for this Mahashivratri, but it was postponed to summer The new release date for Shaakuntalam is April 14. Shaakunatalam is written and directed by Gunasekhar. Neelima Guna produced the film under the banner of Gunaa Teamworks. Dil Raju is presenting the film under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.
