Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire Team Announces Release Date Postponement

Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire, featuring Rebel Star Prabhas, is currently one of the most highly anticipated films in production.  The movie’s plot has been kept secret, creating a sense of intrigue and excitement.  Nevertheless, the audience’s expectations remain sky high, owing to the impressive track records of both the director Prashanth Neel and the star Prabhas.  The makers have already unveiled the teaser which set the bar high and captured viewers across the nation.  It provided a glimpse into what promises to be an even more captivating cinematic experience.  Fans have eagerly awaited its release, initially scheduled for September 28, 2023.  However, there has been a change to this.

There has been news of the postponement of the Salaar release date which the makers confirmed today.  They have shared on Twitter that they deeply appreciate the audience’s unwavering support.  The Salaar movie team is working tirelessly on their film to deliver the highest standards.  The new release date of Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire will be revealed in due course.

Vijay Kiragandur, the makers of the KGF franchise under Hombale Films, are the producers of Salaar.  The film features Shruti Haasan, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy and Easwari Rao in prominent roles.  Most of the technical team that has worked for KGF is now working on Salaar.  Bhuvan Gowda is handling the cinematography, and Ujwal Kulkarni is the editor of the film.  Ravi Basrur is composing the music.
