Actress Rambha, who made her debut with Aa Okkati Adakku in 1992, is all set to make a comeback. She has been on a sabbatical for many years. It is learned that the star heroine of the 1990s is all set to restart her acting career.
“Cinema has always been my first love, and I feel the time is right to come back and take on roles that truly challenge me as an actor. I am looking forward to performance-driven characters that allow me to explore new dimensions and connect with audiences in a meaningful way,” Rambha said in a statement.
In her first innings, she acted not only in Telugu but also in Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, and Kannada. Known for playing glamorous parts as well as acting-driven roles across genres, she came to be regarded as a versatile actress. Her comeback marks a new chapter in her illustrious career.
It has been more than 15 years since Rambha has been married. Her husband, Indrakumar Pathmanathan, is a Canada-based Sri Lankan Tamil businessman. The Toronto-based actress is blessed with two daughters and a son.
Bavagaru Bagunnara?, Hitler, Bombay Priyudu, Moodu Mukkalaata, among others, are Rambha’s popular titles. She made cameo appearances in Nachore Nachore (Yamadonga) and Attaantode Ittaantode (Desamuduru) in the mid-2000s.
