Rebel Star Prabhas, who shot to prominence across India with his critically acclaimed “Baahubali” series, was most recently seen in “Salaar,” the massive success film helmed by “KGF” director Prashanth Neel. Prabhas is currently preparing for the May release of his next film, “Kalki 2898 AD,” which is generating an incredible amount of buzz.
A staggering poster featuring Prabhas was launched by the creators of Kalki 2898 AD on the auspicious day of Maha Sivaratri, a while ago. Additionally, the creators disclosed that Prabhas plays ‘Bhairava’ in the mythological sci-fi thriller. Prabhas’s posture doesn’t disclose much, but his superbly sculpted and tattooed body is captured.

The director of “Kalki 2898 AD,” Nag Ashwin, who has helmed films such as “Yevade Subramanyam” and “Mahanati,” says the film explores both the Mahabharata era and the year 2898 AD. The movie is now under production and stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Disha Patani, Kamal Haasan and others.
Under the prestigious Vyjayanthi Movies banner, C. Aswani Dutt is providing funding for this impending epic film, with Santhosh Narayanan handling music composition duties. On May 9, 2024, Kalki 2898 AD is scheduled for its big worldwide premiere.
