Starring Powerstar Pawan Kalyan, the highly anticipated film “They Call Him-OG” or shortly “OG’, helmed by ‘Saaho’ fame Sujeeth, is presently under production. According to a recent update on OG, Tej Sapru, the well-known Hindi actor who starred in the recently released Telugu film Razakar, is expected to have a significant role.
Tej Sapru recently discussed his part in Razakar in an interview, and he also revealed details about his next films, one of which is Pawan Kalyan starrer OG. Tej Sapru disclosed that he has been cast in a major part in the film.
“There are dark undertones to my part in OG. I appear as Emraan Hashmi’s father. It’s an incredible role that Sujeeth gave me”, he stated.
“My role depicts the whole transition of how a person ascends from being a union leader to becoming a nefarious don,” Tej Sapru remarked, providing further specifics about his character.
Tej Sapru disclosed the production details, stating that Pawan Kalyan’s portion of the film has to be wrapped up, while the rest of the filming is nearly finished.
Tej Sapru discussed how he was cast for the character in “OG,” saying, “Sujeeth saw me someplace during Razakar filming and asked the production team to contact me about the role. When they were unable to locate me, the production team gave up. However, Sujeeth discovered me in Salman Khan’s “Kisi Ka Bhaai Kisi Ki Jaan,” which is how I ended up in this film.
Tej Sapru, who has played prominent roles in multiple Hindi movies, has made a notable appearance in movies like ‘Rebel’ and ‘Nota’ in Telugu. Tej Sapru recently appeared in Salman Khan’s Kisi Ka Bhaai Kisi Ki Jaan in Hindi, while he plays an important role in the Telugu movie ‘Razakar’
‘OG’ stars Pawan Kalyan as the Mumbai-based don, while Priyanka Arul Mohan plays the female lead. Bollywood’s popular actor Emraan Hashmi will be seen as the baddie. Produced by DVV Danayya, the movie is being made under DVV Entertainment banner. Thaman S is in charge of composing the music.
