Karthikeya 2, the mystery action-adventure film written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti, won the Best Feature Film in Telugu at the 70th National Film Awards in August. The Award was conferred on producer Abhishek Aggarwal at an event in New Delhi on Tuesday.
While Nikhil Siddhartha shared a pic of himself with his producer Abhishek Agarwal and director Chandoo Mondeti holding the Award, the producer dedicated the National Award win for ‘Karthikeya 2’ to Lord Krishna. He also mentioned the success attained by ‘The Kashmir Files’, which too was produced by him.
When the Award was announced first, actor Nikhil Siddharth said, “I thank all my cast and crew who made Karthikeya 2 such a big cinematic project. I also am grateful to the Telugu audience, for the outstanding response. I am overwhelmed, and thank the National Awards Council as well.” Anupam Kher, Anupama Parameswaran, Harsha Chemudu, Srinivas Reddy, and other actors, appeared in different roles in the movie.
Actor Nikhil Siddhartha will next be featured in the mythical drama ‘Swayambhu’ and ‘India House’. He is also doing ‘Appudo Ippudo Eppudo’ with director Sudheer Varma.
