Ulaganayagam or Universal Star Kamal Haasan, who took everyone by surprise with his versatile appearance as Supreme Yaskin in the recently-released blockbuster his Kalki 2898 AD, is gearing up for another Pan-Indian movie Indian 2’s grand release on July 12.
The strategic promotions for Indian 2 have created a great impact on the movie’s buzz so far. The makers had arranged a lavish pre-release event on Sunday in Hyderabad, making sure that the Telugu audience resonate with Indian 2’s existing buzz. The makers also had arranged for a press meet today, which double the hype surrounding this patriotic action drama, directed by Shankar Shanmugham.
During today’s press conference, the reasons behind the decision to split Indian 2/ Bharateeyudu 2 into three sections were disclosed. The film series Bharateeyudu highlights the shortcomings of our political systems while emphasizing the actions of a patriot who must protect his nation from the system’s greed and corruption.
While Indian, or Bharateeyudu in Telugu, strengthened the anti-corruption force’s dais as a one-man-army Senapathy, Indian 2 and Indian 3 (soon to be released) will share the same philosophy. According to the creators, Indian 2 will address corruption issues from all over the Indian states.
The cast and crew of the film, includes kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, SJ Suryah, Rakul Preet Singh, Samuthirakhani, Bobby Simha, Brahmanandam, and others.
Distributed by Asian Suresh Entertainment LLP and Sri Lakshmi Films, Indian 2 will be available in Telugu states. Musician Anirudh Ravichander has composed the soundtracks, while Indian 2 is produced under the banner Lyca Productions. On July 12, it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi and dubbed into a number of additional Indian languages.
