After bagging his first box office hit with Most Eligible Bachelor, Akhil Akkineni has taken over the Pan-Indian film Agent. The high budgeted movie is being bankrolled by AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema while star director Surender Reddy is cranking the camera for Akhil’s next movie. Agent also stars Mammootty, Sakshi Vaidya and others in key roles.
On the occasion of Akhil’s birthday today, the movie makers released a stunning poster of the young and macho hero from the Akkineni family. Going by the wildest poster released on social media, we can see Akhil wearing a complete mass look in it. In the intense poster, Akhil appears shirtless, smoking a cigarette. However, Akhil’s efforts for the film are clearly visible on each poster and are raising more and more expectations of the audiences.

The producers AK Entertainments wrote, “To the WILD ONE who is ready for his WILD HUNT Wishing our @AkhilAkkineni8 a Blasting Birthday with a BlockBuster year ahead – Team #AGENT #HBDAkhilAkkineni AGENTonAugust12.” Akkineni fans are super happy with this special birthday treat.
On the other hand, Agent movie makers expressed their regret for not being able to release the teaser of the movie as announced earlier and assured the teaser release will be in May. Producer Anil Sunkara took to social media to announce, “For all Akkineni fans a big SORRY for not giving the teaser today. We want to give the best and it will be worth your wait. We promise to give a highest quality theatrical teaser in May.”
Agent is set to release worldwide on August 12th with Mammootty playing a pivotal role in the film. The Telugu Filmnagar wishes Akhil Akkineni a ‘wildest’ birthday!
