Megastar Chiranjeevi made a long awaited entry onto the social media platforms on the auspicious occasion of the Telugu New Year, Ugadi. Chiranjeevi said that the time has finally come to have a social media presence as well and that he would proactively use his accounts to share news about his movies and his thoughts with his fans and followers.
Needless to say when Chiranjeevi finally came online, he broke the internet as fans went gaga with the hype. Chiranjeevi also replied to welcome messages by Tollywood fraternity in his trademark style. On the occasion of Ram Charan’s birthday which was yesterday, Chiranjeevi shared a cute throwback picture of a very young Chiru and a younger Charan. Talking about the picture, Chiranjeevi revealed that Ram Charan’s birthday coincides with the World Theater Day and it is no wonder that Ram Charan took to acting like a fish to water.

Due to the nationwide lockdown on account of the Coronavirus pandemic, Ram Charan was not able to go out to celebrate his birthday. However his best friend Jr NTR and the crew of RRR planned a surprise and released a video of Ram Charan as Alluri Sitarama Raju. Needless to say Ram Charan was overjoyed with this wonderful gesture.
Ram Charan also donated 70 lakh rupees to the state governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh having been inspired by his uncle Pawan Kalyan’s gesture. Chiranjeevi also announced a donation of one crore rupees to help the Tollywood film works. Chiranjeevi is currently working on an untitled movie which is being directed by Koratala Siva.
